Step 1: On-site Survey & 3D Modeling
- Measure radian, floor height, bevel angle, column spacing and glass grid size of irregular curtain walls, record data of inclined, curved and special corner structures;
- Collect data of building load capacity, glass bearing load, steel keel positions and reserved pipeline points;
- Restore the outline of the building facade with 3D modeling software, split special-shaped areas and draw customized screen division drawings.
Step 2: Customized Product Production
- Produce special-shaped LED transparent modules according to split sizes from modeling, cut modules to fit irregular bevels, curves and corners;
- Adjust transmittance to meet glass daylighting requirements, customize wire lengths for power supplies and control systems, and produce special-shaped aluminum alloy mounting frames;
- Complete lighting aging test before delivery to inspect light transmittance, display performance, splicing chromatic aberration and structural fitting degree.
Step 3: Pre-installation of Steel Sub-frames & Hanging Fittings
- Drill fixed points on original curtain wall keels, install anti-corrosion stainless steel hangers and adjustable telescopic sub-frames;
- Apply multi-directional adjustable connectors for inclined and curved glass areas to fit irregular building surfaces and ensure uniform stress bearing;
- Calibrate frame level, verticality and radian, conduct anti-rust and waterproof sealing, and reserve channels for heat dissipation and wiring.
Step 4: Power Wiring & Control System Layout
- Lay power cables and network cables along hidden curtain wall wire troughs to avoid sheltering daylight in visible glass areas;
- Adopt independent power supply for each zone with leakage protection devices, and separate power control for curved and inclined sections;
- Fix receiving cards and distribution boxes at hidden maintenance positions, organize wire harnesses and wrap them with waterproof and insulating materials.
Step 5: Hanging & Alignment of LED Transparent Modules
- Hoist special-shaped transparent modules in the order of modeled zones, adjust vertical, horizontal and front-back gaps via adjustable hangers;
- Precisely splice modules at special corners and bevels to eliminate step gaps and closely fit irregular glass surfaces;
- Fasten connecting cables between modules and lock buckles to realize flat splicing without protrusions.
Step 6: Waterproof Sealing & Light Transmission Protection
- Fill gaps between module frames with weather-resistant transparent sealant for both waterproof performance and light transmission;
- Install waterproof edge trim parts at irregular corners to protect wire connectors;
- Clean glue stains and dust on glass surface to maintain integral transparency without blocking original building landscape.
Step 7: Overall Debugging & Acceptance Handover
- Power on each zone separately for testing, calibrate images on curved facades to remove splicing chromatic aberration and brightness layers;
- Adjust picture perspective, brightness and refresh rate to adapt viewing angles of irregular facades;
- Conduct 72-hour continuous aging test to check heat dissipation, waterproof performance and display stability;
- Verify display effect, transmittance and exterior fitting degree with the client and complete project acceptance.
