Part 1: Quality Control Management

1.Establish full-process incoming material inspection system

Implement sampling and full inspection for all raw materials including lamp beads, PCB boards, driver ICs, power supplies, glue and cabinet frames to prevent inferior materials from entering production lines. Conduct regular supplier audits and eliminate partners with unstable supply and poor quality.


2.Standardize production processes

Formulate SOP standard operation procedures for SMT mounting, soldering, GOB/COB glue encapsulation, assembly and wiring. Require all workers to operate in accordance with specifications. Arrange QC inspectors at key stations to block defective semi-finished products in real time.


3.Complete multi-stage aging tests

Carry out 72-hour pre-aging for modules and 24-hour full-screen aging for finished goods. Cover environmental simulation tests including high & low temperature, waterproof, lightning protection and dust resistance to expose hidden risks such as dead pixels, color difference, short circuit and waterproof failure in advance.


4.Equip professional testing instruments

Adopt AOI optical detectors, color difference calibrators, voltage testers, waterproof test chambers and grounding resistance testers. Replace manual visual inspection with quantitative machine testing to reduce human errors.


5.Full inspection & sample archiving before delivery

Test brightness, white balance, signal stability and splicing flatness for every finished screen before shipment. Reserve samples of each model for at least one year to quickly trace faults once customer complaints arise.


6.Standardize after-sales quality review mechanism

Collect all customer fault feedback and hold weekly quality review meetings to trace root causes in production. Optimize processes, raw materials and operation standards to avoid repeated similar defects.


Part 2: Sales Performance Improvement

1.Accurate customer positioning via market segmentation

Divide product lines into rental screens, indoor fine-pitch displays, outdoor advertising screens, special-shaped commercial screens and transparent screens. Provide exclusive quotations and solutions for different clients such as exhibition contractors, real estate developers, cultural tourism operators, shopping malls and government bidding projects.


2.Build differentiated competitive advantages

Promote featured products with GOB waterproof & anti-collision technology, high refresh rate, low grayscale loss, energy saving and lightweight easy installation. Highlight factory direct supply, sufficient production capacity and stable lead time to stand out from trading intermediaries.


3.Build professional sales & technical teams

Train sales staff to master product parameters, crafts and industry quotations. Assign full-time technical engineers to render design drawings and construction plans, and provide free on-site survey before sales to boost customer trust.


4.Expand customer resources through multi-channels

Promote via online foreign trade platforms, short videos and official website SEO. Attend domestic and international LED exhibitions offline, visit local engineering companies and advertising agencies, and maintain referral channels from existing clients.


5.Standardize quotation, delivery and after-sales system

Issue detailed quotations rapidly with clear cabinet specifications, accessories, warranty periods and installation services. Strictly control production lead time to deliver goods on schedule. Provide tiered warranty from 1 to 5 years and respond to maintenance & replacement requests promptly.


6.Maintain long-term customer partnerships

Conduct regular follow-up visits for existing clients and release new product upgrading solutions. Offer tiered price discounts for bulk and long-term orders. Actively share new industry technologies to retain stable engineering partners.





Part 3: Coordinated Management Between Quality & Sales Departments

1.Sales shall align with quality standards before confirming orders, and avoid promising requirements beyond factory craftsmanship and warranty capacity to reduce conflicts in production and after-sales service.


2.The quality department shall regularly update sales teams on new crafts and performance strengths to help sales introduce core selling points to customers.

  1. Set up a production-sales docking ledger to synchronize order progress and inspection status. Notify sales immediately once quality abnormalities occur for advance communication with clients.
