At what arc angle do outdoor LED displays require custom-cut cabinets?

1.Limit of standard adjustable cabinets: Conventional outdoor die-cast cabinets come with curved locks, which only support small concave & convex arcs of ±2.5°, ±5°, ±7.5°. No cabinet cutting is needed within this range.

2.Standard for custom trapezoid cutting: If the splicing angle of a single cabinet exceeds ±7.5°, or for tight curves, small-radius arcs and 90° corner pillars, cabinets must be cut into trapezoidal shapes. Otherwise, obvious gaps and uneven screen surface will appear.

• Gentle large-radius curves (single cabinet angle ≤ ±7.5°): Assemble with standard adjustable cabinets without cutting;
• Sharp inner/outer arcs, tight bends, 90° vertical corners: Cut both ends of cabinets into bevels for seamless smooth curved splicing;
• Outdoor iron fixed cabinets have no built-in curved adjustment structure, so all curved applications require pre-cut bevel processing.
