Manufacturing Process of Outdoor Glass Railing LED Screens

There are multiple manufacturing solutions for LED screens used on outdoor glass railings, which differ in waterproof rating and light transmittance.

One solution involves circuit boards fabricated directly on glass with adhesive sealing around the edges, also known as LED photoelectric glass screens.

The other adopts hollow LED display modules. Sealing gaskets are applied between the LED light strips and power supply boxes, and this type is named LED grid screen by some manufacturers.

Both LED photoelectric glass and LED grid screens require sealing treatment between the power supply boxes and light strips or circuit boards. LED grid screens adopt sealing gaskets for sealing, while LED photoelectric glass relies on adhesive glue encapsulation. Each solution has its own advantages. As long as the production process is mature and products undergo strict testing, stable quality can be guaranteed for both types.
