What kind of fast splicing structure is adopted for LED rental screens?

LED rental screens realize ultra-fast assembly and disassembly through standard locking structures around cabinets. The whole quick-install system consists of three parts:
1.Side quick locks
Eccentric quick locks are installed on four sides of each cabinet. Operators can lock adjacent cabinets by hand rotation without screws or tools, delivering uniform splicing gaps and greatly improving installation speed.
2.Back positioning pins & holes
Positioning pins and matching holes are reserved on the back of cabinets in four directions. They realize automatic alignment during splicing to avoid offset and ensure flatness of the whole screen.
3.Integrated male & female power/signal connectors
Integrated aviation plugs are mounted on cabinet backs. Power and signal lines connect automatically once cabinets are locked together, eliminating separate wiring steps.
Additional advantages: This fast splicing system fits mainstream die-cast aluminum rental cabinets of 500×500mm and 500×1000mm. It supports curved and angled special splicing, with 3–5 times higher assembly efficiency than traditional fixed screens, ideal for repeated setup in exhibitions and stage events.
