What departments does an LED display factory consist of ?
An LED display factory usually comprises departments including R&D, Production, QC, Aging Testing, Assembly, TMC, Potting, After-sales Service, Maintenance, Purchasing and Finance.

The QC department is responsible for incoming material inspection, on-line patrol inspection, assembly line testing, and final inspection before finished products go through aging testing and delivery.
The R&D department mainly designs circuit boards and structural drawings, and provides manufacturing BOMs to all production departments.
All departments work closely and communicate with each other to deliver qualified finished products to customers.
The LED display industry has relatively high entry barriers. It is impossible to run a successful company merely with limited capital and technology. The industry faces fierce and complex competition with slim profit margins, making it quite challenging to operate an LED display business well.
This has long been the reality for the electronics sector. Many enterprises have closed down over the years, while a number of small companies have managed to thrive.
A single SMT placement machine alone costs at least hundreds of thousands of yuan, not to mention supporting reflow soldering equipment. Additionally, profit per batch is low, yet companies need to maintain inventory and enforce strict quality control. Even minor product issues or slight market price fluctuations can bring huge risks to the business.
