General Manufacturing Process of LED Display Screens
1.Raw Material Inspection & WarehousingCheck specifications of LED lamps, PCB boards, driver ICs, power supplies, cabinet frames, cables and masks. Test the consistency of lamp brightness, color temperature and voltage; reject unqualified materials to suppliers.
2.SMT Mounting & SolderingUse automatic SMT machines to precisely mount LED chips, driver ICs, resistors and capacitors on PCBs. Components are fused by reflow soldering to finish circuit board welding for modules.
3.Module Testing & CalibrationPower on welded modules for initial lighting inspection. Conduct point-by-point white balance calibration to eliminate color and brightness differences, and repair defective units with dead lamps, cold solder joints or dim lights.
4.Module AssemblyInstall masks, bottom shells and waterproof rubber gaskets on calibrated PCBs and fasten with screws. Outdoor modules are filled with glue or coated with GOB glue for extra waterproof protection to form finished single modules.
5.Module Aging TestKeep modules powered on continuously for over 72 hours to simulate long-term operation. Screen out faults such as dim lamps, screen flicker and poor contact occurring under high temperature and long running time.
6.Cabinet Processing & Pre-assemblyCut, punch and conduct anti-rust spraying on die-cast aluminum, steel or stainless steel cabinets. Install built-in power supplies, receiving cards and cable troughs, then fix multiple modules onto cabinets.
7.Whole Screen Joint Debugging & CalibrationSplice multiple cabinets into a complete large screen and power on for overall debugging. Unify the color and brightness of the whole screen, eliminate color difference between spliced cabinets, and synchronize signals of sending and receiving cards.
8.Complete Screen Aging Test
Run the whole screen continuously for 48 hours with cyclic playback of videos and images. Test long-term operation stability and troubleshoot overheating, flickering and black screen issues.
9.Final Function & Appearance InspectionComprehensively test screen brightness, waterproof performance, viewing angle, lightning protection and remote control functions. Inspect cabinets for scratches, uneven splicing gaps and surface damage, and separate qualified products from rework goods.
10.Packing & ShipmentPack qualified products into flight cases or cartons, equipped with power cables, signal wires, installation accessories and user manuals. Label packages and arrange logistics delivery.
