What departments generally make up the production process at an LED display manufacturer?

The general production flow of an LED display factory is as follows: the technical department issues the bill of materials → procurement → SMT mounting → testing → module assembly → aging test → potting → secondary inspection → screen assembly & further aging → packing → carton loading → shipment → on-site installation and commissioning → handover to customers.

The SMT workshop applies solder paste onto stencils, performs component mounting, then passes PCBs through reflow ovens.
